| There are far too many
children, and far too few resources. |
| It is a well-known fact that our nation’s
school systems are woefully under funded. The average school
teachers spend $480 each year from their own pockets on school
supplies. Teachers from schools in inner cities suffer the most.
Students with special needs require special resources many school
systems struggle to find; there are far too many children and
far too few resources for these children. I Can Learn is committed
to addressing this problem. |

| While a significant percent of our
population is affected by learning disabilities, access
to appropriate intervention resources is limited. Millions
of school children with learning challenges endure frustration
and demoralization on a daily basis as they struggle to
acquire skills that many of us take for granted. I Can
Learn is being created to help these children. |
